Shipping and Returns
We offer worldwide shipping and always free shipping within the EU. If you place your order before 11 a.m., it will be packed and dispatched from Maxchip on the same day. Delivery time is between 2-5 working days after your order has left our warehouse.
We provide free delivery within Sweden.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email that also contains a tracking number.
With us you always have 30 days’ right of return. We cover the shipping costs, and you pay for shipping to us in case of a return. We hope, of course, that you will not have to return your product, but that we can together make sure that it lives up to your expectations instead. Therefore, do not hesitate to contact us if you experience any difficulties regarding installation and wiring, or lack of power.
If your product is faulty or breaks, you have up to two years warranty depending on which product you purchased. In warranty cases, we are responsible for shipping both to and from you, provided that we can ship parcels with our freight agreements.
No matter for what reason you want to return your product, all returns must be communicated to customer service. You can access the contact form by clicking on customer service in the menu at the top of the page. Select the subject your message relates to – return or warranty, and tell us why you want to return your product. We will give you feedback within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) from receipt of your message. And don’t worry, your right of return is valid as long as you have submitted your return request to us within 30 days.
